Gregory Scott

President and Co-Founder

Gregory Scott started Scott Business Group with Milagros Gonzalez-Scott in 2003. After attending Howard University in their Business Administration program, he enlisted in the US Air Force. There he served for ten years and worked as an Operations Manager for a fighter pilot training squadron. Greg’s Talent Acquisition experience goes back to the military where his duties included management of civilian and military recruitment and training. After his military service, Greg transitioned to a successful career in Human Resources including recruiting and staffing.

Milagros "Millie" Gonzalez-Scott

Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder

Millie Gonzalez-Scott serves as Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Scott Business Group. She has over 30 years of staffing and recruiting experience and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University. A lifelong learner, she has earned many certifications throughout her professional career in various areas of business including Information Technology, Project Management and Teaching.

Elizabeth Colon-Camacho

Vice President Client Relations

Elizabeth Colon Camacho serves as Vice President of Client Relations and Business Development. She joined Scott Business Group in 2013. With over 30 years of experience, she offers a wide range of experience including customer support and services, recruiting, management, sales support, analytics, marketing, and meetings and conventions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Annise D. Hernandez-Scott

Accounting Clerk

Annise joined Scott Business Group in 2021 supporting clients and employees in the Accounting Clerk role. She comes to SBG with a bookkeeping certification and will be supportive in processing payroll, accounts receivables and payable.

Agatha Rijo

Director of Client Relations

Agatha joined the Scott Business Group to support the Southeast Division, with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry encompassing developer projects, condominium property management, and real estate developer sales. She is a bilingual (English/Spanish) executive with a diverse and relatable industry experience that is results-driven, high energy, and passionate about the recruiting and staffing industry.
